  1. I choose the issue about Japanese consumption tax.

1.Japan should raise their consumption tax.
2.Japan should keep their consumption tax(should not raise it).

  2. In 2007, Japanese government set up "baby post".
This is a system that people who can not bring up a new-born infant can put their children to the institution as an adopted child.
    These are two opinions.

    1. We need this system because we can save new-born infants' lives.
    2. We have to abolish this system because the population who rely on this system may increase.

  3. After World War Ⅱ, Japanese government provided that Japan renounce the wars and that Japan should not hold a war potential. At first, this rule in the article 9 of the consititution implied that Japan shold not start a war even if it was for self-defendense. However,Japanese government organized the Self-Defense Forces with excuse for self-defense. Now, Japan has fighting power as much as other countries do.

    1. Japan should maintain the article 9.
    2. Japan should abolish the article 9.

  4. Postal service privatization was one of the controversial issue in Japan in 2005. It was a big problem in Japan, so politicians debated many times about it.

    1.Postal service should be privatization.
2.Postal service should not be privatization. It should be kept by gorvernment.

  5. Hi, saki When I heard the news, I was so suprised. Baby Post is not good idea because, as you wrote, the number of people who rely on this system probably increase. This system is not good for both parents and babys.

  6. To Yuki.
I am very interested in your controversial issue because it is not only Japanese problem but also world's problem, I think. I agree with that Japan should not have power for fighting. Other countries also should not have it for the peace.
